Just had a call asking for 'the person who deals with insurance' when I asked who was calling the woman replied 'Nicola' ...from where? 'Vitality' told her we weren't interested to which she questioned my authority, so I hung up. Also blocked them.

Wasn t quite sure how to categorise this one. I m 99% sure it was a bot that had set phrases in a normal , local accent. It called me about a non-existent car accident I d apparently had. I d definitely recommend blocking straight away.
