Call center asking to confirm payment had been taken from bank account?? by pressing a 1 o2 on keypad?
Didn’t pick up, called out of nowhere, not a saved number; could be sketchy. Didn’t pick up cuz unsaved and it’s from London and I’m from Scotland with no connections to London.
Claimed to be calling from o2 offering 40% discount. I was sent a text message with a code and asked for the code. (suspicious) I was then asked for the answer to my security question. (dead giveaway)

Some absolute gimp - left a bizarre voicemail and then never answered when phoned back.
Phoned at 05.40 am! As soon as I picked up it went to “voice mail” with a recorded message saying the mail box was full. Very American/Canadian sounding voice on voice mail message. So far, nothing else other than inconvenience!

Fraud Automated voice claiming to be HMRC and stating there is a letter of legal action incoming, asked me to follow instructions to speak to an agent, I hung up. As far as I know HMRC wont call you for any issues, they will contact you by post only.

Said they were calling to offer free inspection of loft insulation because the Government has designated some of the old stuff as "irritant". I asked who they represent and she said they work with a number of companies. I asked what her organisation was and she told me she'd get a manager to ring back in the next half hour. Just hang up as there is no identification to suggest they are real and there are no confirmed names or card details to ensure it is you or your card. All very open to you giving them more information should you decide to press any buttons and engage with them!

Received a call at 14.27 p.m. from Barclays/Barclaycard saying that two transactions had been made this morning. One for £2000.- and another one for £700.-plus. If I agree to this transaction press one, if I want to speak to someone press two. I pressed two. Then there was a pause and after a while the person with an American accent said good buy.
