This bunch of idiots continue to make silent calls throughout the day. There is no-one there on pick up. When I call back I get a voicemail saying you were called by the above company and they will call again later. Extremely annoying!!!!!

Steve is correct, it is Bauer Media. If you ve entered your number online somewhere for a free magazine (I d asked for Marie Claire / Instyle) then they re calling for your address. Theyll also offer you 3 issues for £1.00. Spoke to a lovely lady and she asked if I wanted future calls for offers and so I said no. It s all legit. However, they need to work on their employees... I had another call minutes later from a guy there who was on the phone to someone else!!

Well spoken young male Caller stated "Hello my names Chris and I am a heating insulation advisor in your post code area" or something very similar. Clearly not the case as the caller's number was displayed on my phone. I replied " No you're not you are a bastard scammer" Chis replied OK and rang off.

I am local to Wrexham and have recently had 4 local numbers that have called me whose numbers I don t recognize so have left the calls go to answer phone but shortly after my answer phone message starts, they hang up. They are probably all from the same organization all calling from different numbers. I have the TruCaller App (Free version) it notifies you of scams, etc before you answer. I will be using this on my new phone, it s a great little App and instantly told me this was a PPI scam. I recommend this App to anyone, and I blocked this number straight away. All numbers TruCaller checks against a huge database of Blaclisted phone numbers.
