SCAM. Claimed to be from MyHermes with message re delivery of a parcel (I was expecting several parcels) saying they missed me & I wasn’t in. I was home all day. A link to a web site was left on the txt www.redelivery-nextday-gb.com I clicked on the link and a red screen came up with Deceptive Website Warning and this site may try to trick you into doing something dangerous like installing soft ware or disclosing personal or financial information like passwords, phone numbers or credit cards. Called about loft insulation. Said if was not a “selling” call it was a survey carried out to see if insulation was to standard. Then went on to say she Kew it was not to current standards but still denied it was a sales call. When I asked her to cut to the chase and not blindly following a script. She became abusive said I was a clever dick if I could see down the phone at what she was doing then she swore at me and hung up. Nice.
Automated call as soon as we answered the call was disconnencted. Apparrently a large number of such calls originate from this number. Why? It can only be bad news.

Saying the successfully pursuited a PBA claim for me but failed to provide the document i signed agreeing they could have 39% of the fee! Several intrusive,informal and insulting phone calls since and reluctant to cooperate with them.
