Fraud This number is being used in an attempted fraud. I received a letter purporting to come from Lloyds Bank referring to a conversation that had not taken place and asking me to complete and sign a form giving details of my back account, sort code and memorable wo. The letter looks genuine, uses a genuine Lloyds address and gives this number to call with questions.

This is a scam where they pretend to be BT and will give you te above number to call with an id code to verify their authenticity. They tell you they want to shut down your Broadband for 5 days due to errors - blah blah. Probably after they will try to get access to your pc in some way. Don t know cos I crashed out and phoned BT who said it was a scam.

El número es +441132165132 de Reino unido, pero te hablan en español. Me llamaron y al coger me saltó un contestador que decía: "Esta es la secretaría de comercio online". Y me daba varias opciones, en una de ellas decía "si quiere ganar 100€ con el bono de bienvenida" y ahí colgué.
