This is a well known scam, they ask for the passcode, then use the passcode to enter your account, lock you out, order new handsets etc. and leave you with the £1,500 bill for a new iPhone. Don't let these cunts catch you out and warn your less fraud-savvy relatives
Believe that this is Sky - we cancelled our subscription 3 months ago and they ve pestered me from this number relentlessly ever since, trying to tempt us back. No chance. Just received a call from this number which said I had a text message but the message was garbled. Phoned our friend who was in a London hospital thinking it was him and he had sent by accident a text message to our landline which resulted in this call. It must be the message service operated by BT but doesn t appear to work very well.

Fraud: This was a text received stating someone was trying to change recipient details on an HSBC account and they wanted me to confirm details and authenticity. However, I have not had an HSBC account for more than 4 years. Please report the number to your phone carrier and apply the normal block and spam filter to the number. Very rude. Asked for my husband. I was in the process of asking them to remove my number from their database when they hung up on me.
These people are scammers who target elderly vulnerable people. They cold called my mother who has dementia, despite her being registered with the TPS. They talked her into completely unnecessary cover for a washing machine for £225 pounds. This seems to be their MO as I have now seen it on numerous forums about them. This is now in the hands of her banks fraud team.
