This is a total scam. Microsoft would never call you out of the blue, an 0208 number is no where near Reading, and the second number looks like a total invention. nBest to ignore.

wanted my son, who has not lived here for 10 years, tried to get his details from me, stating input error. If my son wanted them to contact him he certainly would not have given a number he hasn t used for 10 years.
