Silent call - Failed to pick up before answer machine cut in and caller hung up with no message left. Not a known contact so suspect call centre or cold call.

This number has been calling my mobile at all hours of the day and night, always terminating the call as soon as I answer. Had to change my number to avoid this pest.

At best this a company that breaks the PECR regulations by calling people on the TPS list.
