This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as robocalls, fake wins, scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre. But they very persistent so then you tell them how you have just been wast ring there time like they keep doing to others. Or just ask them to hold & they hang up.
