Sorry you re all getting harrassed by that. We recently got harrassed too by multiple numbers, be it America, Germany etc. These are the very famous people from India with their "Microsoft Technical Support". Don t answer calls that are from outside the UK or wherever you live in and dont even answer numbers that are too short to even be valid.

Do not answer this firms survey questions. They pass on personal information to many many companies trying to sell you things. I refused after I did the survey to let them pass my details on, they still did. They are very abusive if you question them. I m TPS registered and told them this- they laughed. When I started my business 18 months ago I had a call from 118, regarding my free listing . I went with it initially, but ended up calling them to take it down, as salesmen wouldn t stop calling and I even had a few just turn up at the premises! I had NO legitimate business come through 118, they didn t even list the business details correctly. So I was completely miffed about the whole thing so I cancelled the listing and said DO NOT CALL ME AGAIN AND IM ON THE TPS. That was about 12 months ago.All
