Typical pattern: "We called you x-months ago & you agreed to place advertising with us in a crime prevention booklet" & when I denied the call their first line was, "But we have recorded evidence" (great business approach to customer relationships & satisfaction!). I have requested a copy of the recording several times & they agreed to send it, but it never arrived. They have sent invoice; payment reminders; continuous phone calls
Said they were from bt open reach and needed to check my internet speed. Said it could only be done from a computer or laptop. Couldn’t believe I didn’t own either. Asked to be passed to supervisor and they hung up. Heavily accented English

SCAM / SPAM 01733889904 Rang saying they received my number from the government saying I am in debt, when I said that information like that wouldn't be provided by the government and would be in breach of GDPR they got defensive. Then informed them that my number is on telephone preference service and to remove my number from their computer system. Will wait to see if I get any more calls.

Called today. Heavy Indian accent and lots of Indian voices in the background. Said he was calling from BT Tech dept....yeah ok like I believe that. I told him he was in for a big surprise as we had traced his number and would take matters further as he had reached an internal secure line at Essex police headquarters(he hadn t) but he hung up really QUICKLY. It s about time BT stopped selling blocks of numbers to scammer scum. If they don t then we, as genuine customers, should be able to sue BT.

SCAM Had a call from this number 8.45 Saturday morning. Started off saying calling from Virgin media and that my broadband connection was not working properly a d she was going to boost it. Asian sounding guy, rabbiting at speed about who I was and telling me my details, barely caught a word, then says BT will call to save me money on my Telephone and Broadband, then hung up immediately, never asked was I interested in any possible savings, not even the basic pleasantries of asking how I was etc... Just quick fire rabbit rabbit rabbit, BT will call me, click, all I can say is, if this was anything to do with BT, they are now less likely to be getting my business than they were before.

Brent one delivery app phone number. You would order and they will not deliver the food. Really hard to get a refund. DO NOT USE their app.
