If you get a call you should answer or call back as the problem is that the initial database maker sells your number on to other junk call companies. If you have a call from them you should call the number back and ask for James, the call centre manager and demand where they got your number from. No bank name was given. apparently there were two transactions going through on my card, one for Amazon and another larger sum was an international money transfer.
