This is the negative balance team from Paypal (See https://www.paypal-community.com/t5/Subscriptions/Paying-an-outstanding-recurring-payment/td-p/1000315 as an example). This team will call Paypal customers if a payment on their account has been paid by paypal but not by the funding source, creating a negative balance. The account holder has 45 days to deal with the issue, before Paypal go to the funding source to ask for the money on a "Chargeback" basis. Legitimate caller if you have a paypal account

Received two calls from this number just after 4am. No one spoke, call ended after a few seconds with a click. Turned my mobile off. There had been a third attempt. I was astonished to find out where this call came from. To my knowledge, there is no one there that I know.

As with most other comments, single ring then hung up. Did not call back. Weird thing was, this call came in on my company mobile, the number for which is only given out to colleagues and a few family members. I ve never used it to sign up for anything so no idea how they got it. Assume auto dialler?

They phoned my brother insinuating they were from B.T. and offered him a monthly use of phone for £15.00. They knew he was a low user. He gave them his bank details then phoned...

I get several calls a week from this company which I ignore. As it seems they have first names they must be getting this information from phone companies selling lists on. Only my friends, family and phone company know my number AND name.

So after I received a call I asked him a few questions about the business etc and things didn t sit right, he also had no current address for me or know my d.o.b or email address.. I then said " due to the information you have provided me with I believe your working for an illegitimate company and therefor I won t disclose any information with you" his reply was "oh okay" any other company would have argued the toss with me to prove there legitimate... please phone me back or let s communicate through email

Called with a female robot voice. Said it was HMRC. I hung up immediately as I?m pretty sure they either would have sent a letter or had a real person on the phone!

found out the home number of some of there staff that persist in these harassment calls. fed their details into 346 callback databases. see how they like being disturbed at 6 in the morning or 10 at night... lol

Keeps calling, apparently from Talk Talk Tech Team. Clearly not though as after I was lest say difficult with the w**kers, they soon hung up.
