SCAM - pretended to be HMRC and there was going to be a warrant issued against me if I didn't confirm personal details. When I refused and offered instead to confirm any personal details they had for me they hung up on me
Got called today by a female with a Scouse voice stating that she was form "Fresh Contacts" and asking if I am been in an accident. Funnily enough (and the truth, but may use this excuse even so if it changes for me) I don t drive, so I told her this and then she proceeded to ask if I had been a passenger in an accident or if I had been on public transport. None of this was true, these are scam calls, she mentioned that my details were on the "National Accident Database", which may I add- does not exist. Bl

I received an unsolicited call to my personal mobile, which started with the announcement that the person was "Molly" and then gave a surname and company, and went on to ask about an accident "in which you were innocent". The "person" or computer voice (I was unsure) did not answer my questions about where they got my number and kept persisting about an accident. A man called me from this number saying he was from santander asking me to verify my bank security questions,I told him to put any questions in writing to me as I wasn t going to tell anyone these details,he then preceded to ask me for them again! And reckoned he couldn t tell me what it was about until I could give him these details,are they really so stupid to think they d get anything?! and no the bank knew nothing about it when I checked.
Constant calls on this number. Day and night. Collecting fee owed to the claims guys. Extreme way to get paid considering invoice only issued 7 days ago !!!!

Allegedly from Amazon telling me my transaction for £ 1400 + had been stopped and inviting me to contact them in the call. I do not have any outstanding purchases from Amazon for £1400 or anything actually so put phone down and blocked the number.
Indian Guy claimed to be from 'save the day'. Kept trying to get me to say yes, and I wouldnt. He also wouldnt tell me where he got my number from.
