Automated call From local number. Message said fraudulent transaction has been found on VISA, press 1 to cancel this transaction. After hanging up at this point, the caller appeared to stay on the line for a couple of minutes to catch me making an outgoing call to my bank. Verified this by calling my landline from a mobile which rang engaged, a short time later I tested my landline again and it was clear.

asking me personal questions about an accident over a year ago. purported to be instructed by my insurers. asking personal questions. i firmly asked twice who they were and why they were calling. caller clearly panicked at this and hung up.
JTM called to make an appointment and I missed the call. I had complaoned that hey had not called me previously. you cannot call them back as they answer and ask how they can help but as soon as you say anything they pretend they cannot hear you and put the phone down I have now tried from 3 different phones and am very annoyed.

Fraud: This was a text received stating someone was trying to change recipient details on an HSBC account and they wanted me to confirm details and authenticity. However, I have not had an HSBC account for more than 4 years. Please report the number to your phone carrier and apply the normal block and spam filter to the number. Called me cold enquiring speculatively enquiring about an alleged accident. They told me they had been sent the report regarding it and then asked me what date it was. When i told them they should know if they had any report they rather rudely and abruptly hanged up. Rude, intrusive, unprofessional and blocked.
