They had the cheek to call me again - when I was busy of course - with their wretched recorded message saying it was not too late. I think they can be prosecuted for this harassment and dishonesty, pretending people have claims when they know nothing about whether they have or not, and be heavily fined. Asked for me by name and claimed to be from Hear to Help. They asked if anyone had ever worked in a noisy environment. I asked where they got my number from and they said The British Data Company. This is what I ve been told in the past when I ve had the same type of phone call from The Hearing Clinic. I told them I was on the TPS and they said it was their first time calling me. I refused to answer their questions and they hung up.

Phone rang from this number (9 Jan 19 approx. 09:15). No reply from other end when I answered.

Multiple calls, aggressive and pushy attitude, refused to take no for an answer. When I said I was putting the phone down he told me I couldn t. then phone rang 6 more times in quick succession. 1471 gave me the number
