SCAM. 019532360947 caiied my landline at 10.20am today. Voice told me that my bank card had been used for purchases from AMAZON. That however just now is impossible! Received 4 calls from this number on 13, 16 and 17th January 2023 and on 15th Feb 2023. This is not a known number to me and I cannot see any reason why I would be receiving a call form an unknow number. I am blocking it and considering it suspicious.

They got angry so I called them out as the scammer they are and according to the scammer all UK people are idiots. Have reported it to action fraud.

I reported HSBC to make a new debit card as I doubted my card's details were hacked last week. And a woman just rang me from HSBC by like Indian accent. I doubted HSBC wouldn't ring me like that. I told her to e-mail me and I hung up, and I blocked the number of 0345-600-8050, and I checked the number on this site. I already got a new debit card recently. Why did the genuine HSBC want to ring me now?
