I bilive it's ascam
This looks to be a scam. I telephoned this number after missing a call and receiving a voicemail message from someone calling himself "John" asking me to call another number. The above telephone number is an automated voicemail service(possibly USA), with no company name given or any indication of identity.
Would not say what he wanted, just "can I go on please?"... I repeatedly asked what they wanted and they would only respond with "can I go on please?" Then I hung up

Is 100% definitely DVLA. The number was quoted at the top of a letter from them which was sent with the returned application for renewal of my licence as I hadn't filled in all the required information.
Stated they were from tge local housing association and they were running a project to bring all tenners properties up to spec. He wanted to get someone there to conduct repairs. A call was made to my phone on 3rd of April from this the number 09036946928. I called the number back to see who it was for about 14 seconds but recieved no response. Later I relaised I was charged by my phone compny for +£6. My operator told me that the call to number 09036946928 is a preimum rate call. Now, I am keen to find out who they are and who this phone number belong to and what netweork operates this number. Please advise if you have any information.
