I just got a call claiming (falsely) to be from this number, claiming (again falsely) that it was BT Openreach (or something). Although previous comment says Hellmann, I called them and said I was expecting a parcel from DHL. They advised there are 3 other courier services on site including DHL, the chap from Hellmann gave me a number to try but wouldn't connect :/

Missed call - Samsung identified it as potential scam and have no reason to have calls from Blackburn so ignored it.
SCAM number as if you try to call it back they end your call. When I answered the call the guy couldn't talk very good English, too myself, he then said that he's from citizens advice bureau and has found out information that I've got a lot of debt and they wish to help me dispose of the debt I then asked how does citizens advice know I have debt when I have not and then I said to them citizens advice do not cold call you you have to make appointments to go and see them so this is a scam.

this number is for a ulez payment but is a con i paid a charge of £17.50 and is on my bank statement as ULEZSERVICE but my ulez charge has not been paid on the receipt is this number every time i call picked up and cut of never have i spoken to any one i would never have known unless i called tfl and asked why they took £17.50 instead of £12.50 where i now have a £80.00 charge so this scam has cost me almost £100.00
