Called me for 2 seconds, did not wait for me to answer and hanged up
I think this number is being used as a scam saying money has been tried to be taken from my bank
Definitely a scam as they asked for a fictitious name I have given the scammers before and false information. Trying to get me to change my life insurance to them so they can have a holiday in the Bahamas all on my savings I would expect.

I just got a call claiming (falsely) to be from this number, claiming (again falsely) that it was BT Openreach (or something). This is a number that is in a series of numbers from 0843566xxxx on rotation that I have been blocking for 3+ years. It’s clearly cold calling for insurance as I have answered a call however most calls ring 3 times before ending the call. Very difficult to track. And every time you block one number, another variation of the first 7 numbers appears a few days later. Very annoying. Very frustrating.
Missed call - Samsung identified it as potential scam and have no reason to have calls from Blackburn so ignored it.

Crypt currency scam, they say you have Bitcoin on deposit with them and want you to reactivate their account to withdraw your deposit.
They said they were from HMRC. That I was due a refund due to my tax on a ppi claim. I have never claimed on a ppi form. I asked them to put the information in the post, they declined saying they don’t use the post. I then said we’ll send me an email and if you are HMRC you will have my email address. They then said if I changed my mind to phone them. Very strange
