They keep calling me, in the states. I thought it might be business or a friend, but just a gent with an Indian accent starting a pitch. I think the "block" feature on my android should be on all phones, then these fellows will have to work for a living. Nice story, the one above "Manchester".

I ve been receiving daily calls from this number for the last 1.5 months, I tried answering at first, asking them to remove me from their database. Then I got calls with no message/answer at the other end. In the end I blocked them using my mobile phone block service, however in the last week, I ve received a number of "private number" calls, which I happen to have missed - but when checking last night noticed that they ve all come either at the same time or 1 minute later than a blocked call from 01942

Said he was from Victoria Insurance and that it was about my recent minor road traffic accident I reported a couple of days ago. Told him I ve never had an accident and hung up. Number now blocked. This number rang my landline, but I ve had this number call my mobile on number on occasions until blocked on there also

Said they were domestic appliance reward line. I hung up . They did not call back.
