I rang them back today (I had blocked but they still keep ringing) to find out and was told basically it is relating to car accidents - I had one 5 years ago and this is the unremitting aftermath. Claimed to be TalkTalk. Automated message about internet access being cut off due to misuse of IP address. Definitely a scam. Just hang up and do not press any keys for options suggested.

Automated call purporting to be from HMRC declaring that a fraudulent activity has been recorded against me and stating that I would be "arrested immediately" if I do not press "1" to contact HMRC. Riiiiiight! At this point I terminatated the call
