Supposedly from an "energy advisor" for my area wanting to know if I am the homeowner. Reminded the caller politely that he had made the same call some weeks ago, with the same bullshit, and that I was still not interested. Call terminated.

Silent call - No one there when answered and 'number does not exist' when called back.
Asked to speak with my manager, I asked who they were and where they were calling from, advised his name was Sam from British Gas then proceeded to discuss N Power, I asked him to verify the company. After much back and "fourthing"he advised he was from "Duel Fuel" and his name was Jamal. Then he asked what was the company he has called an our number!! Very odd
Missed call from this number which left voicemail, very heavy African accent, female automated voice, sounded a bit garbled. Said someone was "filing a lawsuit against you, press one now to talk to your caseworker" I ve heard of this scam doing the rounds, I ve now blocked this number and registered it with "Should I answer" app as dangerous scam.

SCAM Nuisance call. Silence when you answer then hangs up. Its as though they are testing if the line is LIVE. 2nd nuisance call within an hour - 1st was from 'MICROSOFT SECURITY' think these are connected. Reported number to TPS service.

Received an automated call from this number purporting to represent my credit card (no name mentioned, no bank name mentioned) saying that it had been used twice, once on Amazon, and for a foreign currency transaction. Press 1 for security, 2 for customer services. SUSPECT FRAUD!!

"Our Student Fundraisers will call you from 0121 678 1000, but please note that this number is outgoing only. If you receive a call from a Student Fundraiser, they will be able to send you a verification email while you are on the phone to them. Got a call today from this number. The guy didn t introduce himself but said he was from Google marketing and wanted £180 to put my page on a first page search. (I do this myself already). I said I could do what he was offering for next to nothing and at that point the caller got aggressive, I hung up him. He s obviously a chancer trying to scam people out of money. Yet another sad fool giving Manchester a bad name. I will be reporting him to Google.

SPAM picked up pressed 1 it was answered by what sounded like a call center and one of our asian friends,who promptly said he was from the national insurance compromising team...i just stated if he wanted my bank details as well...phone was swiftly put down at his end..get an honest job if you go to HRMC site it clearly states they will not ,text,call,email about your personal details utter fraud/scam
