Told them I was moving countries and the guy swiftly got off the phone with me, though that may have been down to my boyfriend making random noises in the background... Automated message in poor English purporting to be from the Bank of England and saying that your National Insurance number is about to be terminated. Who knows, or even cares, why? This is one from a whole list of numbers carrying the same message, some from Russia and some from Manchester.
