Apparently, a recent survey has revealed that the insulation in our loft is illegal, and if we do not replace it, we will be fined by the Government. When asked how thesurvey was completed. Asian woman calling claiming to be from BT Openreach, clearly calling from a call centre but this is a mobile number! When I queried if this call was genuine the woman kept saying I sould "improve my pronounciation", Told her I was unconvinced the call was genuine and hung up.
