A Company calling itself Home Response rang and offered home appliance cover which I foolishly took out. They said they would send documents and gave this number to call in the event of a breakdown. They have taken money from my account but I have had no documents and get put on long hold when I ring the number - nobody answers. Can anyone throw any light on this company?
