Endless calls from this company - number is usually withheld. As soon as I ask to be removed from database they hangup. I used to be polite and try to get more information from them but it was an even greater waste of my time. How can we stop these calls - I am already listed with the TPS.

Already blocked a near identical no, just the last digit different. That was a pension review co that rung constantly, I suspect this is the same and so it gets blocked too! Don...

Ring me everyday. It's for ppi. Told them I don't have any and asked them to stop calling but they still call everyday. Infuriating!

Please tell me how I can stop these calls. This is terrible.

This number called my landline then called my mobile immediately afterwards, so they obviously had my details rather than calling random numbers. I don t answer to numbers I don t recognise and they didn t leave a message on either my answerphone or my voicemail, so I ve no idea who it was.

These people called on my girlfriends phone asking for me. It came up as a local number but was (again) a Liverpudlian accent. They told me that I had recently had an accident, which was nonsense. When I told the guy to bugger off (which isn t good, I know but I was very frustrated) he replied with a torrent of abuse.

Garbled message left on ansaphone. When I called back it was 'UK Home Improvements'. The 73 range of numbers does not exist for 01794, so clearly a generated number ...

Another Insurance claim company. Having a car crash, etc. Sounded like it was pre-recorded. I hung up the moment they mentioned having a car accident.

Company calling themselves Diamond Regal. Don t know what they are flogging, other than it isn t PPI and they claim it is something to do with a change in law. I didn t let them get farther than that before informing that I strongly object to people I don t know calling me on my mobile and being exceptionally familiar with me in using my first name.
