I have had several calls from this company and they never speak, then end the call. I rang them and I asked what company they were and the girl said ICS - I asked what they did ...
SCAM call received from this number at 1130 on Mon 19/10/2020 stating “THIS IS A CALL FROM BRITISH TELECOM. YOUR LANDLINE AND INTERNET ARE ABOUT TO BE DISCONNECTED. PLEASE PRESS ONE”. I suspect that this is one of those calls which when you press “1” you will automatically be charged for a premium call. If you receive a call from this number, do NOT press 1 and block the number from your system.

Hasting Direct staff must sell details onto this company, when I challenged the caller he said false information must have been passed onto them. My car was crashed into but it was parked up with nobody inside at the time, the caller refused to believe me calling me a liar and demanded I go for a medical! It s disgusting that a solicitors is so aggressive in trying to get you to break the law by lying, they should be closed down.

We have been called twice by this number. It is a digitally-generated message, not a human, stating that it is from HMRC and that an arrest warrant has been generated. The call was closed by our answering machine before it could be completed. There was the start of a list of options. My 10 year old answered the phone and was extremely worried that the police were going to be on our doorstep. I'm sure that it's a scam...at least I hope so.

I answered the call but they hang up. I've received two calls from mobile numbers that have the same first 5 numbers. These scammers seem to use a number very similar to yours. I guess to make you think it looks like a genuine caller. Best is not to answer. If there is no voice message left then it is likely to be a scam.

Fraud - Called pretending to be Carphone Warehouse offering cheap deals on phones. They ask for bank details and try to gather as much information from you as possible - not sure of the exact scam but no reputable company cold calls you.
