Unsure wat type of call this was - I answered and there was no response, went dead 3 seconds later. Tried calling back, number is dead. Data gathering scam is my suspicion as I was duped into subscribing to something last week and I've had a million spam emails since.

I told them I was not in social housing and they asked if I owned my home. I said yes (to get them off the phone) and they hung up. When you call the number back you get an automated message for a company In Debt Services Management (nothing to do with social housing repairs). Beware of this company (sounds like an overseas call centre)
