When I said that I already had it, the female caller said 'I know and it is £180.00 per annum and because you have not claimed for three years we are going to reduce it'. Their database was wonky as he assumed I had a Hotpoint which was a blatant guess. I scam baited this guy for 10-mins just for my amusement then he hung up when i didn't reveal any personal details.

My mother has been contacted many times on this and other phone numbers. The message, from the caller is always the same, she tells my mother, first in English and then in Chinese that she has a package waiting for her, to collect from the Chinese embassy. This is clearly a scam call.
