When I asked them to repeat the company name they obviously knew I was going to report them to the TPS because instead of confirming the company name she just talked over me and said that she d remove me from the database I shouldn t have been on in the first place. Reporting to TPS so I hope they enjoy the fine.

I could have just hung up but I decided to be polite and asked whether they can hear me!
