This number belongs to PayStream. They are a company who provide payroll and accountancy services to contract workers (like me) and I am one of their customers. They called me on a matter relating to my account with them, so this was in no way a nuisance call to me. I can't guarantee they don't use it to cold call people who aren't customers, but either way they are definitely a genuine business and provide a useful service.
Debt free solutions or something I called back using the prefix to find out who called me and an automated response was debt free hold the line for the next available representative.
