But when I visited the site other day, I saw a response from the company responsible for those calls and it promised to stop calling if I call their grievance cell at 02036300278. I did set up a payment from my lloyds account which is why I had a call from this number. So it is a genuine call because someone is using your account. If you had a call from this number and you didn't set up a payment I would contact the bank as someone may be trying to use your account.
