Claimed to be from Sky email account - saying this has been hacked!! Call from a with held number. Said there was a problem with someone using 'team viewer' hacking our account. Couldn't actually spell 'team viewer' when we asked him to due to problems understanding his accent. Asked us to fire up our computer so that he could help us resolve the problem! When we asked for a number to call them back on from another phone as the landline was out of power they were very reluctant to give one. Needless to say,
Rung me 3 times over 2 days and when pick up they put phone down. Sounds like an office background.

Called to advise me that they were upgrading my Telephone Preference Service. Told them I was quite happy with it as it is! Hung up and blocked the number.
Line for shared costs, there are more similar numbers reported (just last 2 or 3 digits alternated) - so I assume this should be the same call centre. This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as a scam offers (in most cases PPI scam or debt collecting - financial help). In any case DON'T CALL THEM BACK, it can cost you a fortune. Did someone answer this number?
