This is a scam where they pretend to be BT and will give you te above number to call with an id code to verify their authenticity. They tell you they want to shut down your Broadband for 5 days due to errors - blah blah. Probably after they will try to get access to your pc in some way. Don t know cos I crashed out and phoned BT who said it was a scam.

Had about seven missed calls from them, I rang them back and it said to me there is a problem with a connection every time. Finally caught the call on the seventh attempt of them calling me and there was absolutely nothing on the other side.

Asked if I was the bill payer and I said yes. Then he stated a different address to me and I said no that's not this address then he put the phone down? Strange!

I ve been called 5 times today from this number. The caller is difficult to understand in a heavy Asian/Indian accent. I have been done out of 600 and they are constantly fobbing me off and telling they will call back.

This is MBNA credit cards

Very persistent, insistent that I had bank accounts which I had paid monthly fees on. Turned mildly aggressive when I refused to budge. They still call on a daily basis.
