This is a scam where they pretend to be BT and will give you te above number to call with an id code to verify their authenticity. They tell you they want to shut down your Broadband for 5 days due to errors - blah blah. Probably after they will try to get access to your pc in some way. Don t know cos I crashed out and phoned BT who said it was a scam.

Received a call from this number today, and also had a missed call for the last 3 days. Once connected it has a few seconds of silence, a nice clear sign its unsolicited but I thought I d wait and see who they were. Bloke on the other end told me he is from ICS and they got my number from third party who advised there is an unclaimed category C claim against my household (despite it being a call on my mobile). Told information is incorrect, tried to insist it must be someone else in the house but backe

This number has been coming up on my phone for a week or so. Finally managed to answer it and they hung up. From the comments I ve read, I m going to find out how to block it!

So far this evening this number has called 3 times. No conversation at all. It has also called repeatedly over the past month again no conversation on pick up. Sick to death with it.!

How do we stop this unjustified, annoying, harrasing type of call? They should be punished punitively and the money paid to those who receive their nuisance calls.

I ve been called 5 times today from this number. The caller is difficult to understand in a heavy Asian/Indian accent.
