I have had similar calls before, it's an ambulance chaser claim set-up asking if I was involved in an accident that wasn't my fault? This is, what they think, a clever recorded message system that assumes you will give certain answers, if you say 'No' it hangs up politely, a 'Yes' opens a whole other can of worms. What you can do with computers these days eh? However, if you try to ask a question it just ignores you and carries on regardless, not so clever then? It's annoying but amusing to try and confuse

When I answered it, there was nobody there, I was very shaken by this as I immediately thought something was wrong in the family as it was so late. Be aware that a text is sent saying you need to call this number urgently 0800 052 9429. Virgin have been advised and they have confirmed this is is not from them. I also couldn't access my media account so they had managed to hack it, apparently.
