Claiming that you are entitled to a £1500 refund per person on an all inclusive holiday from ABTA due to levels of cleanliness being below the standard required. They didn't know who I booked through or where I went. Clear case of a scam. He claimed I have downloaded something from MBI which I didn't and even claimed that he doesn't have my email. These clowns call from India and are very abusive. Ask them to hold on a sec and just put phone on the side and go back to what you were doing. No point arguing or being abusive as they likely have your email address and obviously have your telephone number.
