Telling me about an accident where a car had crashed into mine apparently in 2015 but he couldn't say a date and then went on to say he could get £2000 pounds for me and asked if I've ever been offered anything for this accident but the funny thing is he had no idea about what the accident was or when which leads me to believe this is a false call, I did have someone crash into me that year but it had already been sorted through my insurance and also nobody was in the vehicle whereas he was saying I c

This was actually just an automated BT text-to-landline service telling me the time slot for my Costco parcel delivery that I was expecting, so this was completely legit for me. It will try ringing you several times until you listen to the text message so just listen and it will stop. However, as it's a generic BT service it is open to abuse but I would advise against blocking it because the message delivery service itself is not a scam, just be aware though that the message you receive could be bogus.
