Was called by this number (01233 542887) but I missed the call (9th May 2023). No message left. From here, I see that it is a scam call, so have blocked the number.
This number is given as the "customer services" number on a fake eBay email. The email is for a high value item that has supposedly just been purchased on my account and to call customer services if there's an issue. I do not have an eBay account associated with the email address I received the email on. I have asked them three times to delete my contact details under the GDPR "right to be forgotten" and they simply get abusive. Call centre. Bloke said he was from Northumbrian water and wanted to do a survey to improve services. Wasn’t 100% convinced it was genuine so told him I wasn’t interested.

Call from this number alleging to be a court enforcement officer regarding an unpaid advertisement debt. Definitely fraud and reported to Action Fraud and police. Tried to get over £2000 from me. Very personable bloke allegedly called Alan Wise. If you get anyone from this number, it is fraud. Don't pay and report.
