This number should be a landline from Manchester - I haven't found any ratings for this number somewhere else on internet, but similar numbers of the same range 1618148xxx are always marked as call centre - telemarketing, accident claims or surveys (market research). I didn't believe him but told him he could email me the offer and I'd review it. He called back briefly afterwards to ask my name (which he spelt so wrong that I didn't correct it!)
