I thought this was a Birmingham, UK, number, but obviously transferred by telephonic circuitry as there was a delay before Michael from Beijing (yes, really!) came on line to say he was ringing about my internet provider. Told him I don’t like scams and to get a better job.

This number called me a few minutes ago, but no one answered when i said 'hello'. gave them a few seconds to respond, but nothing, so put the phone down and checked number on 1471. Pain in the neck! I am registered with the TPS , but that makes no difference these days, still get nuisance calls.

This number when called back tells you that you have dialled an incorrect number. My opinion is by experience that it’s a spam number. Usually trying to sell something or get details from you for insurance or PPI claims. I have blocked now.

Was not suspicious as the gentleman was very polite and courteous at all times, however received two further calls today. First one I answered and when I said I was at work she kept talking. 2nd u left unansweref. A bit of a nuisance so I have now blocked the number
