I received a call from this number today and when I answered the caller had gone.
T.C.S.r........... reported N/A with the number 01412490508 as Cost trap added on Aug 12, 2016 9:30:26 AM This Number is Either Offering Free Lines in " LOTTO" ~Stating they are from ** BT ** & Then Continue to Check your Router~Then Say it is In Your Best Interest to go to PC~LAPTOP::etc~and ask you Out into Commant/Prompt Run Box~If you do so They then Take Over Your PC & Then Demand Randsome to Release without Damagin it !!! Also Take all Info Off PC even if Randsome Paid~This is Illegal & Recommend to
Claimed to have my details from a National Computer record and wants to help me with the usual PPI/Credit Card claims. Lying. Did not even have my correct name and could not identify who owed me money.
3 calls yesterday and 2 so far today. Asian men, today he said he was phoning me from Future Trends and would only ask me 2 questions. asked if I was Mr ----- I said yes then asked me if the address he gave was mine, I said yes and he went on to ask me further questions. I told him he had already had his 2 questions and was not amused. I had told them yesterday to remove my number but clearly they have not. I am with TPS but this does no good. Who can we complain to? Called into my office at a large corporate, asking for the husband of a former colleague who left the business 2 years ago.
Asking for Bank details and is very dangerous !!

they call me at least twice a day from all different numbers but as yet I have not answered any of them as they are from a debt that was about ten years ago which is past the statute of limit

I think this is a scam number aiming to talk the vulnerable (ie people with debts) into giving out their bank details. I terminated the call as soon as they mentioned debts/creditors

Scammer claiming to be from HMRC pretending that there is a tax fraud case against me
Received SMS pretending to be HMRC saying I was due a rebate. Included a link to website where, it said, I could verify my identity. I did not follow the link, of course. Reported to Action Fraud as phishing attempt.

Scam number pretending to be HMRC, claiming there to be a 'warrant' against my name and if I don't press 1 immediately I will be arrested.
Lady with Indian accent very polite introduced herself and said she was calling from Lifestyles. Asked about my housing, had my postcode - which I didn't like ended the call. I had previously been called by this number so suspect they're using a dialler as the first call dropped as soon as I answered it

This is a company based in Mumbai trading as Web to Wealth. Using all sorts of numbers. if you block any they call from, they just come up with a new one. here s how they get your details. they have registered with the whois who directory for web domains and every time someone buys a domain but does not buy privacy from whois who, they capture it and ring you like crazy, as if there is no tomorrow. Be careful don t disclose bank / credit account details. this is how they get your money even if you don t go
