They did say I needed to make a payment and to answer emails. I received a text from this number claiming to be my bank - reporting an alleged suspicious spend. Not something I recognised so responded N as advised. Nothing further from them as they were supposed to call back. Is it a hoax? Obviously not my banks contact number.

Called regarding our website domain, called himself Luke from PDM. Asked to speak to whoever set up the domain, told him that it was set up a long time ago and I wasn't sure but that I could help. He ignored that and asked to speak to the MD, I advised him I wouldn't pass him through to the MD for such a query and that I could help at which point he hung up. At best a rude salesperson, at worse a scam. I can't find any information relating to them online so most likely the latter, best to avoid.
