Claimed to be from amazon about membership payment overdue (iam not an amazon member)taking payment out of my account

SCAM Automated call saying that money had been taken from my account in error and I needed to click in link to cancel or speak to an operator. This is a scam.

This number is from Indian phone scammers reporting to be from Microsoft , having received error messages from my Windows computer. I do not use Windows computers .!

Received txt from 01908 238013 asking me to call 03308 084 562 with a reference No., saying I'd set up a payment for Mrs C Davidson £850 scheduled for today 20/02/2022 @ 19:15. Caller stated they were from virgin media and there was corruption on my router, they stated they would disconnect my internet due to the corruption if i didnt let them help me fix it. I have since called virgin media who confirms they have not called me

This number called my 90 year old mother posing as the fraud department from the Bank of Scotland. He said 2 lots of money had left her account and they were chasing this up. Thankfully she phoned the bank and it was confirmed that these transactions had not happened. It was a scam, I think to get her personal details, not any account numbers - perhaps identity theft. He phoned her again today apologising for not phoning back yesterday but my mum was very blunt with her replies and he hung up.
