This number has called me 3 times today 01256844744 on my mobile and then left a voicemail message today 21st March 2022 on reflection I have had this number before sometime last year getting Fed up with it now.I live in Cheshire and don’t know anyone in Basingstoke.
Appears to be a nuisance call calls me on random days also uses phone numbers 01617381971 01617380970 01617381973 None of these are quotrealquot numbers that accept incoming calls when called back

FrI was caught out by this today. Luckily, I realised after the call ended and was able to change my account details before any damage was done. The scammers knew all of my details - full name, address, email address, how much I'm billed each month - even my security question. They were very convincing. They applied just enough pressure when the texts to change my account detail came in that I didn't have time to read them properly. Thankfully, I read them after the call and got straight on to O2 to change
