This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as robocalls, fake wins, scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre. Rang me 20 times at least in last 2 months. All I do is go through the whole phone call with them when I have time & then tell them won the lottery so not interested in claiming any debts back. But they very persistent so then you tell them how you have just been wast ring there time like they keep doing to others. Or just ask them to hold & they hang up.
