My work phone was called by this number, and got a recorded message, ostensibly from my bank, saying the two large transactions, one of which was to Amazon for £999 had been blocked, and said that I had a choice to either release the transactions or speak to a representative. This number is supposedly based in Slough, but that's not where my bank is, so I ignored it.
My number on contract with o2 taken over by fraudster. O2 cancelled the number but it has been used in attempts to access my credit cards. Also possibly being used as a debit card app. number. Police and Action Fraud are aware.
Can never hear anything when answered.

I have been telephoned this afternoon – apparently by EE – to tell me that I was getting a 45% discount on my bill for the next year? I was then passed on to a supervisor to confirm my email address – which I did. They then said that they would email me and I would need to change the password to EEdefault19: at this point I told the caller I would hang-up.

Scan call saying that they were from my bank and that over £300 had been taken out of my account to pay Amazon. I immediately, put the phone down and checked my balance. This was alot of rubbish. Advice ignore or report but do not respond or do anything else.

They called claiming to be 3 Mobile and wanted me to upgrade to a new contract when I only just renewed my contract with the real 3 Mobile a couple of months back and my existing contract is locked for another 10 months. So I deem it as slightly suspicious. No message saying who they are. I never pick numbers I don't know. if they are really legit, they could leave a message. I'm tempted to block this number.
