SCAM 2 calls in quick succession claiming to be from social services (different people) asking for a callback on the number - which the operators didn't even know
The man with a distinctly foreign accent said that he was from a Broadband provider that uses the 4G network £25 a month for 18 months. But what put me off was as soon as he had finished his schpeel he asked without prompt for my bank details. I said I would get back to him next week when I had done some research into the company.
Hung up immediately.

Fraud SCAM Fraud Claimed to be from Vodaphone, said that an attempt to change my account number had been flagged up, called my number to verify with an old address (first flag) Second flag was when I asked if I could have a verification email I received a what amounted to a "yes but hurry up and give me the number" And of course, when I received a recovery/account change text, the first words of said text were DO NOT TELL ANYONE THIS NUMBER, POLICE OR VODAPHONE EMPLOYEES INCLUDED. This number called me on 16/02/2023 at 10am and was a auto-mated message claiming to be from bank security. It's a scam call.

These are a scam outfit, call centre telling me that someone had ordered an iPhone 13 pro with my Amazon account, that my details had been leaked and they would put me through to Amazon to verify details, I haven’t even got an Amazon account. Beware this is a total scam!!!!

This is my number, my initials are MM and I live in London E14. It seems spam callers are using it as a cover (via computer generated calls) in order to get you to answer. If you do not know me, please do not call back. It is a real nuisance. I suppose it is happening to others as well
Received 3 calls this week (13th. - 17th. March) on Monday, Tuesday and Friday. Female caller asked to speak to someone not at this address, claiming to be from Virgin Media. Very difficult to understand, possibly East Asian.

Person called asking me what knickers I was wearing. They were breathing quite heavily so I assumed they had a cold. Anyway, I told them I don't wear any knickers. I then heard some grunting noises and shortly after the caller hung up. Very strange. Never mind, I hope they get well soon! X

SCAM Told me they were from Virgin media and that they had notifications on their system of bad Internet connectivity asked how many devices I had and then wanted me to go on a PC or laptop to authorise them onto said computer so they could show me what was wrong ????? Not once was I asked for my account details or if I was the account holder
