Person called my house while I was at work. Spoke to my wife and stated he was our "television Provider" and needed to know our phone number, and billing information. When my wife asked him what television provider we had he answered "Comcast". We don't have Comcast we don't even have Cable. So this guy goes silent and then asked to speak with her Husband. Phoned purporting to be from my bank (spoofed number) . An automated call saying that two unusual transactions had been made on my card , one of £300 to Amazon and another of £400 on a money transfer. Then proceeded to give ‘ press 1’, ‘press 2 ‘ instructions. I just blocked the number. This is a SCAM! AVOID engaging with them!

Over the last two weeks there have been a number of High Wycombe calls, which are trying to con you about Amazon prime, silence, or a annoying hiss. This particular call is an annoying hiss. I have collected about 16 numbers in this time period of the same ilk.

This number rang twice before 9am this morning, I never answer these scam calls from people I don't know, should be made illegal by our useless government.

They claim they are from the Amex fraud team, and told you that your Amex account is scammed and tried to help you block your Amex account. They also told you your iPhone is hacked and all your information in iCloud is in another phone, so all your bank accounts are in danger and you need to block all your bank accounts, and asked you what other bank accounts you have. IMPORTANT!!!! AWARE!!! They will ask you to download an app from Anydesk.com, DON'T do it. This is an app for them to control your mobile

Pretending to be BT relating to Broadband speed

AO aggressive aftersales, using a no-doubt masked number. Female caller asked me to confirm my personal details - I refused given they had called me! It was framed to confirm my order, but was essentially a very sharp practice way to try and sell insurance. I asked if there was an issue with my order - she said 'no' very unconvincingly. I then asked if it was a service or a sales call - very reluctant to answer so hung up. I think this sort of pseudo cold calling does businesses such as AO.com reputational

SCAM highly likely. Red flag to call on a non working bank holiday and leave no message. Also nobody has our new home phone number - so must have got it from a spam call list. Proceed with caution.

Call from ‘Michael’ of PrimeInvest wanting to refund £11000 of my £250 deposit, but first I need to download anydesk, a popular tool for fraudsters to use to get control of your computer. In their facebook ads PrimeInv.co purport to offer AI trading. Their “registered address” is the Google offices in Zurich. They’ll take your money but don’t expect to see any back.

Fake Post Office, missed delivery scam text. Website link they give is not an official Post Office site, likely trying to steal your credit card info.

Missed several calls from this number. But was a person asking about council or housing association disrepair team. Not under these organisations. Therefore put phone down Spam or scam.

SCAM +44 20 3289 0186 Avoid they are scammers with Pakistani and Philippines accents Pretending as Vodafone offering upgrade for new phone and when phone comes your doorstep they are telling some reason they can’t register the phone and asking to send to another address ! We have reported to police and Vodafone!
